It's been a long time coming, but I've finally added some new photos to my page. Photos I took whilst on the family properrty in Nowra over Christmas.

Feeling fairly inspired/motivated to get back into taking more pics. Lets hope it lasts.

I'm not doin too well with keeping this place up to date. Almost a year to the day since the last one.
Not too active on the arty front . . . lots of other stuff been taking up my time, and hey, I'm male. Can't expect too much at once!

2006 . . . new job, in and out of a relationship, met lots of beautiful new people, lost touch with some close friends, didn't leave the country unfortunately, went to plenty of gigs, bought/obtained WAY too many CDs, ran out of space in my room for CDs.

A phrase to sum up 2006: Hindsight is a great thing

2007 . . . new starts, busier work, hopefully overseas travel, plenty of gigs/festivals, lots of unexpected stuff most likely, a re-focus on things that matter.

Right now though, I need more sleep. Big Day Out and Australia Day took it out of me! Good thing I got a 4 day weekend!


More updates on the year as they come to hand . . .

. . . it's February already!!

Looks like I'll be doing updates of this page every 6 months at this rate, but I'm pretty happy that this bunch of latest pics have been up for no less than 2 hours, and I'm already getting some good responses.

It also seems I've embraced the use of my camera a lot more since my 2 weeks in Terrigal. It's with me where ever I go now, so I guess thats the idea for this sort of thing.

So, 2006 . . . what will this year bring? I think I'll be looking for some solitude. Sure, I already spend enough time by myself, but its rarely quality time. My Terrigal trip was quality time with quality people. Wish I was still there.
I think its time I got myself back into some good old habbits, and time I got myself out of some bad old ones. We'll see what the year brings.

Well I finally pulled my finger out and got some extra stuff up here. It helps that I got a sexy new camera for my birthday. I've been going pretty crazy with it, usually when I go out with the crew, so anything that makes it on to here is the select few out of the hundreds of photos I've got.
I'll try and start taking more interesting/arty photos, otherwise its just going to be photos of bands, DJs and pissed idiots

Anyhoo . . . check em out. Nothing amazing, but a record of interesting places I've been to at least.

Talk about useless . . . ever since work cut my hours down to weekends, all I do is sit around on my arse during the week, bar the couple of days I head up to radio station I do volunteer work at, though much of that work can be done from home. Bah!! Excuses, excuses!!
A bookshelf FULL of books to be read, a room/unit to be cleaned, a car to be washed, hair to be cut, body to be showered, life to be ordered.

I long for those moments of clarity when everything seems so simple and trivial instead of complex and pointless.

The depths of procrastination and the lack of motivation . . . ahh, my old friends.
